CROSSFIT CLASSES FOR

Beginner to Advanced

Our CrossFit classes are for anyone of any fitness level. Train in a small group with a skilled coach that will guide you through every part of the workout. Our program includes a wide variety of movements to keep things fun and interesting.

What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.

What does this really mean?
We take a wide variety of movements and combine them to create a fun, effective workout program.

What is it like at CrossFit Tiffin?

  • 45-minute classes that include a warm-up, strength/skill, conditioning, and a cooldown
  • Skilled instruction on each movement so that you are moving safely and effectively
  • Performance tracking with the SugarWOD program so you can keep track of all of your results, progress, and PR’s
  • A coach and members that know your name and care about you and your goals
  • A fun, relaxed atmosphere that encourages everyone to do their best

CrossFit Kids

This program is for kids grades K-6.

The CrossFit Kids program includes:

  • FUN! Our number one goal is to teach kids that fitness is fun.
  • Strength, conditioning, and skills that will improve sports performance now and in the future.
  • Instruction on foundational movements including squats, presses, and other lifts.
  • Instruction on the Olympic lifts- the clean and snatch.
  • Instruction on basic gymnastics including pull-ups, handstands, tumbling, and more.
  • Instruction on proper running, jumping, and change of direction.
