Class Options

  • 2 Classes per week: $45 per month
  • 3 Classes per week: $65 per month
  • Unlimited Classes per week: $90 per month

Private Coaching

Need to improve your training?

Schedule one-on-one time with a coach.

$20 for a 30-minute session.

  • Are you having trouble with a certain lift or movement in class?
  • Could you use some specific mobility work?
  • Maybe you want to learn a skill (handstand, snatch, static muscle-up, etc).

Are you looking for a simple, effective workout program?  Do you have a busy schedule?  Then our Burn program is for you.

This class includes cardio, core, kettlebells, dumbbells and bodyweight movements.

The monthly membership includes Burn class Monday-Friday.
