Bench Warm up (No Measure)

30 Arm Circles Forward and Backwards

15 Push-Ups

15-20 Sit-Ups

15 Plyo Push-ups

15-20 Supermans

15 Bench Press w/ Bar


Bench Press (1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1)

Take 15-20 min to find your 1 RM on Bench


Against a 3 min clock (3 sets): Run/Bike (3 Rounds for reps)

Against a 3-minute running clock, perform the following:

Run 400 Meters

Max Calories of Assault Bike

Rest 3 minutes between sets, and complete a total of 3 sets for max calories. Please note calories achieved in each set.


Tabata Sling Shot Shuffle (No Measure)

8 Rounds:

Shuffle 10′ and Back (20″ on/10″ off)
