Snatch Barbell Warm-Up (No Measure)

10 reps each of:

Snatch-Grip RDL

Snatch Pull from Below Knee


Overhead Squat

Snatch Push Press

Drop Snatch

Hang Power Snatch

Snatch from Below Knee

*Perform as a group w/ Barbell/PVC


Hang Snatch (2.2, 2.2, 2.2, 2.2)

Four sets of:

Hang Snatch x 2.2

(rest 10 seconds between doubles)

Rest 2-3 minutes


Six min AMRAP: Thruster/Pull-up/BJ’s (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:

6 Thrusters (115/75 lbs)

9 Pull-Ups

12 Box Jumps (30″/24″)


Alt Tabata: Battle Rope/Plank Hold (No Measure)

8 Rounds (Switch movement each round):

-Battle Rope

-Plank Hold
