*Use KB or DB
Four sets of:

Single-Arm Dumbbell Press x 6 reps each arm

Rest 90 seconds

Romanian Deadlift x 8 reps @ 40X1

Rest 90 seconds


Partner WOD: Man-Maker/Burpee Pull-up/BJ’s (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Partners alternate whole rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

3 Single Arm Dumbbell Man-Makers (50/35)

6 Burpee Pull-Ups

9 Box Jumps (24″/20″)

-Right Arm Row


-Left Arm Row



*Repeat starting with opposite arm.
