15 Bench Press w/ Bar


Bench Press (10, 10 ,10)

Three sets of:

Bench Press x 10 reps @ 20X1

Rest 45 seconds

Ring Pull-Ups x 4-6 reps (no kip)

Rest 45 seconds

Supine Leg Lowering x 10-15 reps @ 3011

(lower back remains in contact with the floor)

400 Meter Run

20 American Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

10 Hand Release Push-Ups


Buy Out: Pigeon/Squat hold (No Measure)
