Warm-Up #8 (No Measure)

Jog 200 m

20 Walking Lunges

10 Ring Rows

20 Air Squats

10 Jumping Pull-ups

20 OH squat w/ PVC

10 Ring Pull-ups

Jog 200 m


Metcon (Time)

With a partner, complete the following for time:


200 Double Unders

150 Wall Ball (20/14)

100 Burpee Box Jump Over (24″/20″)

50 Power Snatch (95/65)

25 Med ball sit-ups

Partners work one at a time. Each two-person team will keep a med ball with them at all times, e.g., partner 2 will hold the med ball while partner 1 completes double unders, partners will carry the med ball on the run, etc. The med ball cannot touch the ground at any time. If the med ball touches the ground for any reason while the clock is running, the team must perform 20 C2B pullups as a penalty before they can continue working.
