Burgener Clean Warm-Up (No Measure)

1. Down and Finish- Speed through the middle

2. Elbows High and Outside- Keep the Bar Close

3. Muscle Clean- Turnover

4. Front Squat Lands- 2″, 4″, 6″ – Footwork

5. Front Squat Drop- Bottom Out- Footwork

6. Hang Squat Clean


3-Position Clean (1, 1, 1, 1, 1)

high hang, mid-thigh, and then from the floor
Take 15 minutes to complete 5 working sets. Rest 2 to 3 minutes between sets.


9 min AMRAP: GTO/TTB (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:

6 Ground to Overhead (135/95 lbs)

12 Toes to Bar


Tabata Top to Top Push-Up (AMRAP – Reps)

8 Rounds

20” ON/10″ OFF

*Push-ups during the work period and hold the top of the push-up during the rest.
