20 Lunges

20 Toe Up Toe Touch

20 Squats

20 Single Leg Walking Deadlift

20 Hip Bridges

20 Deadlift w/ Bar

20 Push-Ups

Weightlifting

Deadlift (5, 5, 5, 5)

Four sets of:

Deadlift x 5 reps @ 30X1

Rest 20 seconds

Tall Box Jumps x 10 reps

(jump up, then step down on these)

Rest 3 minutes

Metcon

10 min AMRAP: PC/CTB/Burpee (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 Power Cleans (155/105 lbs)

10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

10 Burpees

Buy-Out

Tabata Hollow Rocks (No Measure)

Eight sets of:

20 seconds of Hollow Rocks or Holds

Rest 10 seconds
