Deadlift Warm-Up #3 (No Measure)

20 Lunges

20 Toe Up Toe Touch

20 Squats

20 Single Leg Walking Deadlift

20 Hip Bridges

20 Deadlift w/ Bar

20 Push-Ups

Skill Session

Metcon (No Measure)

Four sets of:

Split Stance Romanian Deadlift x 8 reps each leg @ 4011

Rest 60 seconds

L-Sit x 60 seconds

(if you cannot hold for 60 seconds unbroken, accumulate the time in as few sets as possible)

Rest 60 seconds


Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

Five sets of:

15 Russian Kettlebell Swings (70/53)

10 Box Jumps or Step-Ups (30/24)

Rest 60 seconds between sets

*Record time for each set.

Swing a “heavy” kettlebell, and jump to a “tall” box. Challenge yourself. These are designed to be short, intense intervals with incomplete rest.

20-30 Prone Press-Ups

20-30 Hollow Rocks
