Burgener Warm-up (No Measure)

BURGENER WARM-UP:

1. Down and “Finish”

2. Elbows High and Outside

3. Muscle Snatch

4. Snatch Lands at 2″, 4″, 6″

5. Snatch Drops

SKILL TRANSFER EXERCISES:

1. Snatch Push Press

2. Overhead Squat

3. Heaving Snatch Balance

4. Snatch Balance without a dip

5. Snatch Balance with a dip

Weightlifting

Squat Snatch (1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1)

Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes (10 sets):

Squat Snatch x 1 rep @ 80-95%

Build over the course of the 10 sets.

Metcon

Five Rounds: PS/OH Lunge/DU (Time)

Five rounds for time of:

5 Power Snatches (115/75 lbs)

10 Overhead Alt Lunges (115/75 lbs)

30 Double-Unders

Buy-Out

Snatch Cool Down (No Measure)

Roll out back for 2 min

Couch Stretch ea leg 2 min

Sit in Squat for 2 min
