Running Warm-up (No Measure)

20 meters each

-toe up toe touch

-heal walk



-sideways jumping jacks


-A skips

-butt kick

-tin man

-high knee


Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

Every 8 minutes, for 40 minutes (5 sets) of:

Run 800 Meters

12 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

12 Strict Handstand Push-Ups

*Note times for each set.

*Must complete all reps in 8 min for Rx. If you do not, your time is 8 min and note your reps in the comments.


Buy Out: Ring Rows/Side Planks (No Measure)

Three sets of:

Supine Ring Rows x 10 reps @ 2111

Rest 30 seconds

Side Plank x 45 seconds each side
