15 Double KB Deadlifts

15 Hip Extensions

15 Deadlifts w/ Bar


Deadlift (3,3,3,3,3)

Take 15 minutes and build to a heavy, but not necessarily 3-RM Deadlift

5 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
