20 Lunges

25 ft bear crawl

25 ft crab walk

6 Turkish Get-Ups w/ weight of choice (3 each arm)

20 Reverse Lunges

6 Turkish Get-ups w/ weight of choice

30 sec Plank each side.


Metcon (No Measure)

Three sets of:

Front-Racked Alternating Lunges x 8-10 reps each leg @ 2011

Rest 60-90 seconds

Turkish Get-Ups x 3 reps each arm

Rest 60-90 seconds

Side Planks x 30-45 seconds each side

Rest 60-90 seconds


Man-Maker Test (AMRAP – Reps)

Complete as many reps as possible in 6 minutes of:

KB Man-Makers (53/35)

(Push-Up, Power Clean, Push Press)
*Try and beat your score from the last time.


2-3 Minute Bike Warm-Up/Buy-Out (No Measure)
