20 yard shuffle (touch lines 2 yards apart x 10)

10 supermans with 3 count hold at top


Thruster (1 rep every 2 minutes for 14 minutes)

One partner works while the other rests. Split reps however you choose and complete in any order.

Partners must slap hands each time they switch.
