Front Squat (EMOM for 12 minutes: 1 front squat)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

8 minute AMRAP:
20 walking lunges
10 chest to bar pull ups

Buy-Out

Roll out and stretch for 5-10 minutes (No Measure)

pick two mobility stretches off of the posters and do each for 1 minute.
