Back Squat (5 minute warm up, 15 minutes to find 10 RM )

Metcon (Time)

100 Wall balls for time.

Men 20/women 14 pound balls

every time you drop the ball or take longer than a 3 second break, run 200 meters.

Scale number of wall balls, height and weight as necessary.

RX + is 150 wall balls

Time cap is 20 minutes

Toes-To-Bar (Buy out is 30 toe to bars, roll out and stretch )
