Warm-up on rope climb

EMOTM for 10 minutes perform:
1 Rope Climb

Ryan (Time)

Five rounds for time:
7 Muscle-ups
21 Burpees

Each burpee terminates with a jump one foot above max standing reach.

Roll out and stretch for 5-10 minutes (No Measure)
