5 box jumps
10 rope-pull-ups
10 ring dips or 10 push-ups
10 box jumps


Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

10 minutes for max points (reps)

Rope Climb- 10 points each
Rope Pull-up- 1 point each
Ring Dips- 2 points each
Push-ups- 1 point each
Box Jump 20″- 1 point each

You may do any of the above movements in any amount in any order.
